We will be happy to show you our Côtes du Rhône Red “Cuvée Les Vieilles Vignes” in a bottle “Avénio”, which by its elegance and its engraving in relief, pays homage to the famous City of the Popes of Avignon, To the mythical bridge of the city.

Range of wines

  • Côtes du Rhône Red, Rosé et White
  • Côtes du Rhône Red “Cuvée Les Vieilles vignes”

Packaging

  • Bottles of 75cl (single or cartons of 3, 6 or 12)
  • Bag-In-Box of 5 or 10 liters (except “Cuvée Les Vieilles Vignes”)
  • Large bottles: magnums (1.5 L) and Jeroboams (3 L) (“Cuvée Les Vieilles Vignes” exclusively)

Grape : Grenache, Syrah and Marselan, from selected older vines with a smaller yield.

Vinification : Fermentation of 4 to 5 weeks.

Appearance and Flavour : Dark red, with an aroma of red fruit jam and peppery notes. Strong, rich and silky with a long finish.

Goes well with : Red meat and game, cheese and chocolate.

Can be kept for up to 10 years.

Grape : Grenache, Clairette and Cinsault.

Vinification : Rosé de Saignée, fermented at low temperature.

Appearance and flavour : Pastel coloured with fuchsia highlights and a flavour of boiled sweets and raspberries. Lively and thirst quenching.

Goes well with : Salades, grills or to drink as an aperitif.

Can be kept for up to 2 years.

Grape : Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

Vinification : A tradional ferrmentation of 2 to 3 weeks.

Appearance and flavour : An elegant, voluptuous combination of fresh red fruit and floral hints. Hearty, finely rounded and robust.

Goes well with : Poultry, grilled meats and goat’s cheese.

Can be kept for up to 5 years.

cotes-du-rhone-rouge

Grape : White Grenache, Viognier, Marsanne.

Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes. Controlled, slow fermentation. Left with the lees to age with occasional stirring

Appearance and flavour : Pure in colour with an aromatic, pale floral finesse and flavours of soft fruits.

Goes well with : Asparagus, fish, shellfish or drink as an aperitif.

Can be kept for up to 2 years.
